With a deep passion for social impact, I have been actively involved in NGO projects, skill training, and life coaching for over nine years. My journey began as a volunteer at a children’s daycare centre, where I witnessed firsthand the power of education and compassion in transforming lives. This experience inspired me to pursue a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) and become a professional social worker.

Turning Crisis into Opportunity: A Story of Resilience and Impact
Esha, took our project just before the COVID lockdown, The unprecedent lockdown created a lot of agony for our members in villages. Stepping out of her comfort zone and contributing to team efforts while finding alternative livelihood options for the members for commendable. Esha and the team were very good in her advocacy efforts with government and non-government officials.
She helped keep track of various schemes, and ensured that women were receiving ration and other benefits. She worked on livelihood generation project creating creativity as tool, marginalized ladies crafted exquisite masks that merged style and safety.
Through their hard work and guidance, they not only got livelihood but also instilled a sense of pride, resilience, and unity among themselves. She has the ability to connect with people and I hope she continues to work in a development sector, as she can contribute greatly.
