Questions & Answers

Is this coaching right for my child?
Yes! If your child struggles with confidence, decision-making, emotions, or communication, these sessions will help. I teach life skills, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, personality development, and critical thinking in a practical way.
What happens in 1:1 coaching?
In private coaching, we focus on your child’s specific needs—whether it’s building confidence, handling emotions, improving communication, or self-acceptance. They get personalized coaching calls and direct WhatsApp access for support.
How do these sessions help in real life?
These skills help in everyday life—handling peer pressure, making smart decisions, improving relationships, and staying emotionally strong. It’s not just theory; I teach practical ways to apply these skills in school, friendships, and future careers.
My child is shy. Will this still work?
Yes! Many students start as shy or hesitant. I create a comfortable space where they can express themselves freely, gain confidence, and develop their personality at their own pace.
How is this different from regular school lessons?
Schools teach subjects like math and science, but rarely focus on emotional intelligence, communication, or self-awareness. These skills are just as important for success in life. My coaching fills this gap.
What’s the age group for these sessions?
I work with teens and young adults who want to improve their emotional intelligence, decision-making, and personal growth. Although, age groups are mentioned for each session, if you’re unsure whether it’s the right fit, reach out, and we can discuss.
Can parents be involved?
I encourage open communication! While sessions are for students, I can provide insights to parents on how to support their child’s growth at home.
How long before we see results?
Every student is different, but most start seeing changes in a few weeks—better self-awareness, improved communication, and more confidence in handling emotions.
What are art/museum sessions?
Art/museum sessions focus on developing critical thinking skills through viewing paintings. This program is part of a Harvard initiative. It does not include drawing or painting; instead, participants enhance their skills by examining and discussing the artworks.
Do I need to bring or purchase paintings?
No, you don’t need to bring or buy any paintings. We provide a supply of posters featuring various artworks. During the sessions, we engage the children in fun question-and-answer activities related to these paintings.
My child loves drawing and painting. Should they join?
You should ask your child if they are interested in exploring a different approach to art that doesn’t involve drawing. It’s important for them to decide if they want to participate.
Do all sessions use art/museum paintings?
Not all sessions use art/museum paintings. Critical thinking sessions specifically incorporate these artworks, while other programs may include them in one or two sessions if deemed beneficial.
How do I get started?
